Wholesale ONLY
A Resale Tax Certificate & Federal ID Number are required to open an account. Picture King sells only wholesale to retailers and hospitality accounts. If you are an individual please contact us and we will direct you to our nearest dealer in your area.
Ordering
Orders can be emailed to sales@picturekingart.com, faxed to (214) 350-4415, placed by website or called in to (214) 350-4410. Some items are available in multiple sizes. Please select the item number and size. Products may slightly vary from website. Products are subject to availability of frames & mats. In rare cases if we are out of stock we will substitute to a similar mat or frame.
Minimum Orders
The minimum order is $500 per order, per location.
Shipping
Normal ship time is 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of order with approved payment terms.
Backorders
Backorders will not be shipped. If we are out of stock on an item we will contact you with an option to substitute for a similar one.
Payment Terms
All items are made to order after payment terms have been approved.
CREDIT CARDS – Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit cards are accepted as a form of payment.
Freight
All orders are shipped LTL by common carrier (i.e. Southwestern Motor Transport, R&L Carriers, FedEx Freight, Central, etc.) – FOB Dallas, TX, USA. All orders receive a minimum of four freight quotations before selecting the most economical.
Damaged/Defective Product
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF GOODS. If for instance you do receive a defective or damaged product please make a note on the freight bill before the driver leaves. Contact us by phone or email, and download the Damage Claim Form (Click HERE to Download). We will issue credit after the requirements have been completed.
Cancellations
All framed art is made to order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Any cancellations beyond this will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Dimensions
All product dimensions are rounded to the nearest inch including the frame.
